RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We hope you love your TBTB card deck.
Due to the nature of this product, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used card decks.
Returns are only accepted if:
- Your item arrives damaged
- Your item is faulty
- You received the incorrect item
In these cases, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the issue.
Items must be returned unused and in their original, unopened packaging. Once a card deck has been opened, it cannot be resold and is therefore non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the item has been reviewed.
